Know exactly where AI pays off.

A clear plan for where AI actually pays off

Cut through the hype. We assess your business, show you exactly where AI will save time or make money, and give you a prioritised roadmap in plain English.

  • Prioritised AI roadmap
  • Tool + cost recommendations
  • Team training included

The problem

Every week there is a new AI tool and a new reason to feel behind. For a busy owner the hard part is not a lack of options. It is knowing which ones are worth your money and attention, and which are a distraction dressed up as urgency.

Most businesses either do nothing and fall behind, or buy a pile of tools nobody opens. Both are expensive, and the second is worse because it also produces the belief that AI was tried and did not work.

A third pattern is the pilot that never ships. A promising experiment runs, everyone agrees it was interesting, and it never reaches the people doing the actual work. The gap is almost never technical. It is that nobody owned the rollout, the process around it never changed, and the pilot had no number attached that would have made continuing an obvious decision.

Underneath all of it is an adoption problem rather than a technology one. Tools get bought and the team keeps working the old way, because the new way was never made easier than the old way. Any plan that ignores how people actually spend their day produces software nobody uses.

How we do it

The AI-driven approach

01

Understand how you make money

We start with the commercial picture: where margin comes from, what the bottleneck actually is, and what a good month looks like. AI recommendations that ignore this produce technically impressive answers to unimportant questions, which is the most common way consulting money gets wasted.

02

Score opportunities by impact and effort

Every candidate use-case gets rated on what it is worth and what it takes, so the quick wins are obvious and the expensive experiments are visible as such. The output is a ranked list with numbers attached, not a menu of possibilities, because a list without a ranking just moves the hard decision back to you.

03

Recommend the stack independently

Specific tools, realistic costs and what to skip. We take no commissions or referral fees from vendors, which matters because much of the AI advice available is written by people who are paid when you buy. Where a free or existing tool does the job, that is what we say, even when it makes the engagement smaller.

04

Sequence it and cost it

A roadmap with no order is a wish list. We set out what happens first, what it costs to run rather than just to buy, and what has to be true before each step starts. Ongoing subscription and usage costs are included, since those are what actually determine whether something is affordable in month eight.

05

Plan for adoption, not just purchase

Each recommendation names who owns it, what changes in their day, and what stops being done. Hands-on training and short written playbooks go with it. This is the part most plans skip and the part that decides whether anything survives contact with a busy week.

06

Set the guardrails

Which data may go into which tool, what always needs a human check, and what your business will not use AI for. Getting this written down early is far cheaper than discovering the boundary after a customer complaint, and it gives your team permission to move quickly inside it.

What's included

Everything you get

  • AI opportunity audit across your operations
  • Prioritised roadmap scored by impact and effort
  • Tool and budget recommendations, including run costs
  • Implementation sequence with clear prerequisites
  • Risk, privacy and data-handling guidance
  • Written usage guardrails for your team
  • Team training sessions and playbooks
  • Named owners and success measures per initiative
  • A short list of what to deliberately ignore
  • Ongoing advisory as the tech and your business evolve

Who it's for

Owners and leadership teams who know AI matters but want an independent guide before spending money. It suits businesses with enough process to examine and enough volume that saving an hour a day is worth something. It is the wrong purchase if you already know exactly what you want built, in which case the automation work itself is the better spend and the consulting stage is an unnecessary detour.

How it works

From first call to compounding results

01

Audit

We map your funnel, your tools and your biggest leaks, then pinpoint where AI moves the needle first.

02

Build

We design and ship the website, ads or automations: fast, on-brand and built to capture leads.

03

Automate

AI handles the follow-up, reporting and repetitive work so nothing slips and nobody burns out.

04

Scale

We measure what works, double down, and compound results month after month.

Questions

AI Consulting FAQs

We're small. Is AI consulting overkill for us?
Usually not, because smaller businesses often get the fastest wins when one automation replaces hours of weekly admin. The roadmap is sized to your business rather than borrowed from an enterprise template. That said, if the engagement would cost more than the problem, we will tell you and point you at the one or two changes worth making instead.
Do you just recommend tools you resell?
We take no commissions or referral fees from any vendor, so the recommendation is not shaped by who pays us. We recommend what fits your goals and budget, including free and low-cost options and tools you already own, and we are specific about what to avoid. Much of the AI advice available online is published by companies selling the thing being recommended, which is worth keeping in mind wherever you read it.
What do we actually walk away with?
A written, prioritised roadmap: use-cases ranked by value and effort, the tools to use, realistic setup and running costs, the order to do them in, and who owns each one. Plus training and short playbooks so the team can act on it. It is designed to be usable whether we do the implementation or you do it yourselves.
Do you implement it, or just advise?
Either. Some clients take the roadmap and run it internally, which is a perfectly good outcome and sometimes the cheaper one. Others have us build it through our automation service. We deliberately keep the roadmap vendor-neutral and readable so it holds its value if you hand it to someone else entirely.
What if the answer is that we don't need AI?
Then that is what the report says. It happens, most often when the real constraint is the offer, the pricing or a shortage of enquiries, none of which automation fixes. Telling you that is more useful than selling you a roadmap you would abandon by month three, and it is a considerably cheaper thing to hear early.
How long does the engagement take?
A typical audit and roadmap runs across two to four weeks depending on the size of the business and how readily the numbers are available. Most of the time is spent understanding how the business actually works rather than assessing tools, because the assessment is only as good as the picture underneath it.
Is our data safe with AI tools?
It depends entirely on which tool and which settings, which is why the guardrails are part of the deliverable rather than an appendix. Many large AI platforms are not covered by Australian privacy law, so putting customer information into them can put you in breach of the Privacy Act. We set out which data may go where, aligned to the Privacy Act and to GDPR where relevant, and which tools to keep customer records out of.
How do you keep recommendations current?
The tools move quickly, so the roadmap is built to survive that: it is organised around the jobs to be done rather than around specific products, which means a better tool replacing a recommended one does not invalidate the plan. Ongoing advisory is available for the parts that do genuinely change, and we would rather revisit a plan than have you rebuild one.
